The Lens is three one-hour sessions over four weeks, with action steps between each one. In week three — deliberately held as breathing room for habit and mindset shifts to find their footing — a twenty-minute check-in keeps the momentum steady without interrupting it.
Where it's useful, we'll point you toward resources that complement what you're working on — concepts, practices, pieces of scaffolding drawn from our knowledge base. Nothing generic. Only what's relevant to you.
